Data Deletion Instructions

If you have a Biztriach account (business)

1. Email ogungboyeopeyemiphilip@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address you registered with.
3. We will delete your account, organization, chatbots, conversations, customers, sales records, and uploaded documents within 30 days (typically within 72 hours).
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

If you chatted with a Biztriach AI agent (end-customer)

1. Email ogungboyeopeyemiphilip@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number or website/email you used in the conversation.
3. We will delete your conversation history and contact record within 30 days.

For data held by Meta itself (e.g., your WhatsApp account), you can also delete your WhatsApp account directly in the app, or review Meta's tools at facebook.com/help.

What deletion removes

• Account profile and authentication records
• Conversation transcripts and logs
• Contact records (names, phone numbers, emails)
• Business content and uploaded documents
• Sales, expense, and inventory records

We retain only minimal billing records where required by law, then delete those too when no longer required.
