Terms of Service

1. The service

Biztriach provides AI sales and support agents that businesses deploy on WhatsApp and their websites. Access to the console is granted after registration and admin approval, which follows payment verification.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or reject accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or remain unpaid.

3. AI-generated content

Agent replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing the agent configuration (instructions, products, prices) and for human oversight of conversations with your customers.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Biztriach to send spam, harass anyone, distribute malware, or process data you have no right to process. Do not attempt to exceed your plan's quotas or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Third-party platforms

WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp and any applicable message pricing are governed by Meta's terms. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or policy changes.

6. Billing

Plans are billed manually as agreed with you. Accounts are activated after payment verification and may be suspended if billing becomes overdue.

7. Data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
