Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Biztriach provides AI sales and support agents that businesses deploy on WhatsApp and their websites. Our agents answer customer questions, capture leads, and log sales on behalf of the business. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us at any time at ogungboyeopeyemiphilip@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Business account data — when you register: your name, email address, organization name, and business details you add in the console (products, prices, business profile).
• Conversation data — messages exchanged between your customers and your AI agent, including WhatsApp threads and website chat transcripts.
• Customer contact details — names, phone numbers, and emails that customers share in conversation or that businesses log in the console.
• Business content — documents and website content you upload so the AI can answer accurately about your business.
• Usage data — standard technical logs (timestamps, device/browser basics, error logs) needed to run the service.

3. How we use data

• To operate your AI agent — generating replies to your customers and logging leads and sales.
• To provide the console — authentication, analytics dashboards, and your business records.
• To improve reliability and prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud and spam prevention).
• To communicate with you about your account, approvals, and billing.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business content to train public AI models.

4. AI processing

To generate replies, conversation messages are processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) under their enterprise data terms, which prohibit using submitted data to train their models. Messages are sent to these providers only to produce the agent's response.

5. Third-party services

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — carries WhatsApp messages between your customers and your agent. Meta's own WhatsApp Privacy Policy also applies.
• Google (Firebase) — hosting, authentication, and database storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• OpenAI — AI reply generation.

6. Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete your data within 30 days (see our Data Deletion page). We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing ogungboyeopeyemiphilip@gmail.com. If you are an end-customer of a Biztriach-powered business, you can request deletion of your conversation data the same way — include the phone number or email you chatted with.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the console or by email.
